LEAD Associates was formed in 2006 and resulted from both Andy Grand and Jan Harris having spent the previous 7 years teaching criminal law, OSPRE training and a variety of other development courses.

LEAD Associates have developed a series of products that offer students the ability to choose a package suitable to both their needs and budget. We are the only company that provide both Part 1 & 2 training packages which have been tried and tested achieving excellent results and a high customer satisfaction. Our Part I success has consistently been double the national average and we have a 97% pass rate for students who have undertaken our Part II courses.

The company is registered with Companies House and has Public Liability Insurance cover to the value of £2 million.
