Andy is a qualified trainer, Training Development Officer and NVQ assessor as well as holding a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) certificate of training accreditation. He is a Licentiate Fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (ITOL) and spent several years delivering a variety of police training, including the development and delivery of a corporate OSPRE part 1 training package. In his spare time, Andy is a qualified Level 3 accredited judo senior club coach.
