In addition to the two directors, LEAD Associates employs a number of staff on a consultancy basis to increase the depth of experience and knowledge. All staff used by LEAD Associates are professionals within their own field of expertise and, for OSPRE courses, have all undertaken the examination process. This provides a unique insight for students and allows fears and myths of the processes to be addressed by those who know.
