Jan is a qualified trainer, Training Development Officer and NVQ assessor as well as holding a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) certificate of training accreditation. She holds a Certificate of Adult Education and is a Licentiate Fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (ITOL). Jan is the director of a company that provides content for a national internet based police promotional study package.
