Our Terms and Conditions

All training provided by LEAD Associates Ltd. We reserve the right to employ consultants when necessary to ensure the best quality product is delivered by staff with the relevant expertise.

For Corporate packages, an invoice will be sent at the conclusion of any training course with prompt payment required 28 days from the date of the invoice.

For individual students, payment is due prior to the delivery of any course.

There will be a charge made for cancellation of the above agreements as follows:

25% of total cost if cancelled up to one month prior to the agreed course date

50% of total cost if cancelled within one month of the agreed course date

100% if cancelled within 7 days of the agreed course date

If training provision is cancelled by LEAD Associates Ltd, then full reimbursement will be made.

LEAD Associates Ltd has full public laibility insurance cover to the value of £2 million.
